đź”´ How to Reprogram the 95% of Your Mind That Controls Your Life
Most people wake up in the morning and start thinking about their problems.
These problems are connected to specific memories, and these memories are linked to certain people and things.
Your brain is like an old tape recorder that plays the same cassette for you every day.
If your brain is a recording of the past, then when you start your day, you are already thinking and living in the past.
Each of your memories is associated with emotions, and emotions are the end product of past experiences.
The moment you recall the memories of your problems, you suddenly feel unhappy, sad, and pained.
How you think and how you feel creates your state of being—in other words, it creates your character.
If your entire state of being when you start your day is in the past, it means that your past will sooner or later become your future.
For example, something that happened yesterday made you angry; today you wake up and think about it and feel angry again.
If you do this for two days, people will think you had a bad day.
If you do this for a week, people will think you are in a bad mood.
If you continue like this long enough, anger will soon become part of your character—you will be known as a person who is always angry.
You see, your thoughts have something to do with your destiny.
That means if you keep thinking in the past, you will keep creating the same life without realizing it.
You keep creating the same life that you don't even like.
It usually goes like this: you wake up, grab your phone, read a few emails or texts, then check the news and finally feel connected to everything that is familiar in your life.
After that, you go through a series of routine behaviors—you get out of bed on the same side, go to the bathroom, get a cup of coffee in your favorite mug, shower, get dressed, and take the same bus or drive the same route to work.
Finally, you arrive at work and see the same people who push the same emotional buttons.
After work, you rush home to do the same thing again tomorrow.
This becomes your routine, and routine works like a computer program.
Now you have lost your free will to a program—you are no longer in control; the subconscious program is.
By the time we are 35 years old, 95% of our personality consists of memorized behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions that function like a program.
Then, you can use your 5% conscious mind to say, "I want to be healthy, I want to be happy, I want to be free," but the body is being controlled by a different program.
You are pitting the 5% conscious mind against the subconscious that makes up 95%.
It's like having an average thin man compete against an Olympic powerlifter in a weightlifting competition.
No wonder you can't make changes and end up reverting to the old program, creating the same life.
So how can you start making changes?
Well, you have to go beyond the analytical mind because what separates the conscious mind from the subconscious is the analytical mind.
This is where meditation comes in.
Through the practice of meditation, you can learn to change and slow down your brain waves, and if you do it right, you can enter the operating system where you can start making fundamental changes.
Most people wait for a crisis, trauma, illness, or diagnosis to start making changes.
But why wait until something negative happens?
You can learn and change in a state of pain and suffering, or you can learn and change in a state of joy and inspiration.
Most people spend 70% of their lives surviving—they live in stress, and therefore, based on past experiences, they always expect the worst-case scenario.
As a result, they choose the negative things out of the infinite potential of the quantum field; they choose the worst possible outcome.
It's like looking at a menu with an infinite number of dishes and drinks and picking the worst option.
This is how it happens: every time you remember the negative event, you produce the same chemistry in your brain and body as if the event were happening again.
You send the same emotional signals to your body.
In a sense, your body is your subconscious—your body doesn't know the difference; the body thinks the event is actually happening right now.
Most people constantly recreate their negative emotional states by continually thinking about them.
When it comes time to let go of this negative emotion, they might say, "I really want to change," but the problem is that the body is stronger than the mind.
The body has been conditioned to negative emotions for years.
The body used to be a servant, but now it is the master.
When you suddenly decide to change and step into the unknown, the body doesn't like it.
The body would rather feel guilt and suffering because it is familiar and predictable.
The unknown is a scary place for the body.
Entering the unknown is like stepping into a deep river.
The body knows that it will die if you manage to get to the other side of the river.
It will do everything it can to stop you.
That's why the moment you start meditating, suddenly your nose itches, you remember an important task you needed to do, or a memory from 20 years ago pops up out of nowhere.
That's your body saying, "Come on, give up, and let's go back to our old miserable life."
The body has many tools, and it will use every one of them to stop you from entering the unknown.
The unknown is the best place to create your future, and the easiest way to get into the unknown is through meditation.
Once you are in a deep meditative state, you can begin to create your future.
What kind of new life do you want?
What behaviors do you want to exhibit?
What kind of person do you want to be?
The best way to create your future is to close your eyes and mentally rehearse the things or behaviors you want for your life.
If you are truly present, the brain doesn't know the difference between imagination and real experience.
Through the act of imagination, you install the software programs for your future life.
Now your brain is no longer just a record of the past; it is a map for the future.
And if you continue like this, you might even start behaving like a happy person.
The hardest part is teaching your body on an emotional level what the future will feel like before you actually experience it.
It's not enough to just imagine it—you have to feel it emotionally in your body.
If thoughts are the language of the brain, then feelings are the language of the body.
Through feelings and emotions, your body understands what your mind is telling it.
If you don't feel anything, it means your body isn't receiving the signal.
It's like having an internet modem in your room that works, but you can't connect because you've turned off the Wi-Fi on your phone.
The moment you start feeling the emotions of your thoughts, you are connected to the internet, and you can start downloading your future life.
What does this mean?
It means that you no longer have to wait for success to feel successful.
You don't need to wait for wealth to feel abundant.
You don't have to wait for your new relationship to feel love.
According to the quantum model of reality, the moment you feel rich and valuable, you create wealth.
The moment you start feeling it, you begin moving towards your future.
This means that you become the creator of your future.
You no longer live as a victim, saying things like, "I am this way because of that person or because of that experience."
Unfortunately, many people today are victims of their own negative thoughts from the past.
Most people are unaware of this.
But here's the thing about thoughts: just because you have a thought, it doesn't mean it's true.
I repeat, just because you have a thought, it doesn't mean you should act on it.
On average, you think 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day.
90% of these thoughts are the same as the day before.
If your thoughts have something to do with your destiny, then your life won't change much because the same thoughts lead to the same choices.
The same choice leads to the same behavior.
The same behavior creates the same experience, and the same experience produces the same emotion.
That's why it's so important to meditate, so you can become more aware of how you think, how you act, and how you feel.
The more aware you are, the less likely an unwanted thought will slip past your consciousness unchecked.
The word meditation means to become familiar with something.
So when you become familiar with the thoughts, behaviors, and emotions of the old self, you are no longer influenced by them.
Instead, you start thinking new thoughts and putting the body into a new emotional state.
If you do this long enough, this new emotional state will become familiar to you.
Creating a new self is like starting a new garden.
First, you have to get rid of the weeds and stones.
Then you need to pull out last year's plants and prepare the soil.
Only then can you start planting.
Meditating works in much the same way.
You prepare the garden, and that is no easy task.
Training your body to sit down and meditate is like training a wild animal or a dog.
You say, "Sit down and wait here," but it runs away, so you catch it and bring it back.
But of course, it runs away again, and you catch it and bring it back.
The moment you start meditating, the body says, "Hey, it's 8:00. You usually read emails and get annoyed at this time, but here you are sitting and doing nothing.
You're not on schedule.
What's going on?
For years, we've been getting annoyed together at this time, but suddenly you just change."
The body then starts sending signals.
The body is basically looking for that predictable chemical state, and it doesn't care that it's a toxic state.
Every time you become aware of what your body is doing and focus your attention on the present moment, you are telling your body that it is no longer the mind and that you are the mind.
And now your will becomes greater than the program, and if you do this over and over again, like a trained dog, the body will sit down and obey.
As soon as the body surrenders, energy is released.
You go from particle to wave, from matter to energy, and you free yourself from the chains of emotions that keep you anchored in the familiar past.
If you do this for just one week, you will already notice differences in your life.
You will start catching yourself more often and avoid reverting to your old unhappy self.
Naturally, you must repeat this process until your future reality becomes your present reality.
To your success,

My wife stopped talking to me
Something strange is happening to my friend’s wife Taylor..
Taylor has suddenly started to speak Spanish.
She’s not taking lessons or even studying...
She took Spanish in high school, that’s it..
But all of a sudden now she speaks 2 languages!
She can’t explain it either..
But ever since she started doing this 7-Second Brain Trick everyday to activate the Genius Wave..
Everything Taylor learned in high school is coming back to her..
She said, “it’s like a genie waved a magic wand and gave me a superbrain!”
But this miracle isn’t all gravy..
A couple of her girlfriends can’t stand how smart she’s becoming now. They tease her for having such a powerful brain, which hurts. But I tried to remind her that at least she’s learning who her real friends are..
Anyway, if you want to see how to quickly activate your Genius Wave too.. and tap into a Genius-level of IQ, where great ideas just come to you and lucky things start happening to you, then all you need to do is check out this short presentation here.
