Try exploring with words by writing in your journal. Ask yourself:

• What relationships, current or past require healing?

• How am I allowing past hurts to control my present?

• What do I need to forgive myself for?

• Who do I need to forgive, and why?

• What emotional memories are keeping me stuck and unable to experience healthy love?

Try repeating these positive affirmations throughout your day:

I love myself.

I am harmony.

I forgive myself.

I cherish myself.

I am loved.

I am surrounded by love and positivity.

I can experience unconditional love.

A lovely way to heal your Heart Chakra is with the following visualization:

Imagine breathing in the color green into your heart space.

See the color as a pure, healing, calming energy that enters all of your cells and your bloodstream.

Imagine it enveloping your heart in a beautiful green light.

This light brings love and compassion to you.

It eradicates any dark spots or stagnant parts of your chakra, leaving your heart center open and balanced.

You can always use natural elements to help you heal and balance your Heart Chakra:

Crystals: Jade, rose quartz, malachite, emerald.

Aromatherapy: Rose, pine, cedarwood, lavender.
